Superior service, personalized attention

I’m Laura: the entire staff, creative department, production line, and quality control unit behind Laura’s Fun Bags!  There’s no team, no interns, no elves hiding in the corner.  Just me, a mountain of fabric, and a little bit of feral chaos, plus enough glitter to make things interesting.

I’m an engineer by day and a former U.S. Navy officer and Merchant Mariner by… well, several diverse chapters of my life.  So, if you’re wondering whether I can handle your “super simple” custom idea that’s definitely NOT simple… the answer is yes.  I’ve tackled far harder things than a tricky zipper or a questionable color palette.

Everything here is handcrafted by me:
✨ Every keychain is cut by hand.
✨ Every bag is sewn with machines that demand respect
(and occasionally threaten mutiny).
✨ Every detail is fussed over until it behaves.

No two pieces are the same, because boring and mass produced aren’t in my vocabulary.

My workshop runs on pure stubbornness and some heavy duty machinery:  a Juki DU1181N walking foot sewing machine with a ¾ HP servo motor, a Brother PR650 multi needle embroidery beast, and a small army of other machines that like to feel important.  They work hard so I can pretend this is easy.

Got a custom idea? Toss it my way. I love turning “I don’t even know what I want” into something fun, bold, and totally you.  Every Fun Bag is unique, because life’s too short for boring accessories.

 Thank y'all! ~Laura
